Yes. We’ll discuss your idea or challenge, explore how we can help, and suggest a next step. There’s no charge or commitment to a project.
Do I need a complete brief before contacting you?
No. A clear description of the idea or problem is enough to begin. Existing links, references, and must-have features help, but we can work through the details together.
Can you improve or fix an existing project?
Yes. We can investigate bugs, improve performance, extend functionality, rebuild parts of a site, or help with hosting and deployment issues. We’ll first review the existing setup to understand what’s practical.
How are pricing and timelines decided?
They depend on the scope, complexity, integrations, and materials available. After the consultation, we agree on the deliverables, project cost, and expected schedule before work starts. Changes to the scope are discussed separately.
Will I be able to review the project before deployment?
Yes. We show the completed work using images, video, or a live preview on our own servers. Once you’re satisfied and pay us, we deploy to your server and address environment-related issues.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide and agree on suitable communication channels and meeting times around the project and the time zones involved.
What happens after launch?
We handle the agreed deployment and resolve environment-related issues so the project works on your server. Ongoing maintenance, new features, and longer-term support can be scoped separately.
